What is collected, and why

If you send a message through the form on this site, Enock receives the details you type in: your name, phone number, email address, the service you are asking about and your message. They are used to reply to you and to prepare your quote, and for nothing else. They are not sold or rented to anyone.

If you tap the phone number on this site, the site records that a tap happened, which page it was on and which website you arrived from. It does not record who you are or your phone number.

Website analytics

This site uses Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and privacy-friendly Vercel analytics to understand how it is used: which pages people visit, on what kind of device, and whether they tap the phone number or send the form. This is aggregated information about visits; it is not used to identify you personally. You can block these tools with your browser settings or an ad blocker without affecting the site.

Who else sees your enquiry

Messages from the form are delivered by email through Resend, and a copy is kept in a private enquiry list maintained by MP Launch, the Adelaide business that built and looks after this website, so that Enock can find a message again later. MP Launch may see enquiry details while supporting the site and treats them as confidential. Enquiries are kept for up to five years and then deleted.

Your rights
